Job Description

We are looking for an entrepreneurial-spirited Showroom Manager to join our team, based in our NY Showroom at 200 Lex. In this role, you will develop and implement strategic client relationships for the business while working to monthly sales goals. 
You will proactively arrange key client visits both in and out of the showroom and run the day-to-day operations of the showroom, liaising with the international team. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 
-Develop sales pipeline in order to meet sales targets.
-Manage new business opportunities, including visiting key clients to introduce the brand.
-Report on company-wide KPIs for annual growth. 
-Track weekly progress in line with business objectives.
-Provide strategic input and work on future business planning with wider team.
-Work across design, operations, accounts, and marketing functions as necessary.
-Co-ordinate daily customer service operations e.g samples, sales processing, generating orders and payments for key clients.
-Manage customer experience throughout the entire order lifecycle.
-Maintain the showroom ensuring samples are organised, available and the space is tidy.
-Develop budgets and suggest improvements or changes for further new business opportunities.
-Represent the brand at key industry events. 

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
-Client-focused approach with 3+ years proven track record of managing positive customer experience, facing challenges and problem solving whilst keeping the customer informed and managing expectations.
-IT literate - the role is highly dependent on the ability to navigate and utilize multiple IT systems to gather relevant information
-Positive, proactive approach and dynamic personality.
-Excellent written and verbal communication.   
-Self-starting, adaptable and able to work autonomously. 
-Organized and analytical.
-An interest in interiors, an understanding of color and a passion for handmade textiles would be an advantage.
-Experience using Pipedrive, Quickbooks, Photoshop, MailChimp and MS Word software.
