THE POSITION
This role serves as the key link between showroom operations and sales with primary focus on delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring seamless coordination of sample management, order processing and CRM administration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
• Maintain showroom presentation standards and monitor sample inventory
• Manage and fulfill client sample request
• Prepare and ship samples as needed
• Enter Sales Orders, Quotes, Reserves and process customer payments
• Support leadership with all Sales and Showroom activities
• Customer Relationship Management and communication with clients
THE QUALIFICATIONS
• A dynamic and high energy individual seeking new opportunities
• Education in Interior Design or Luxury Fashion with 2+ years of related work experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suites and computer literate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
• A passion for luxury design and architecture
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and strong follow up skills
• Eager to learn and flexible with changing responsibilities determined by business needs
