Gramercy Design, a boutique architecture and interior design firm in the heart of the West Village is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic firm. The role requires the ability to manage multiple projects and simultaneously, as well as have a strong understanding of interior design and construction practices. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. We are seeking someone with 7+ years of experience working in high-end residential design.

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design concept to project completion.
• Develop project schedules and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and management
• Prepare and submit project reports as required.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop
