de Gournay is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager with a background in Architecture and/or Interior Design to join our Los Angeles Showroom.
The role includes both project management and sales with a focus on high level projects, managing client relationships, developing new markets and overseeing an entire project's lifecycle from initial enquiry to completion.
Job Requirements:
- A background in Architecture, Interior design or Interior sales
- Excellent understanding of the industry and the market
- A good understanding of CAD drawing.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with teams across different time zones and locations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in crafting well-written emails and effectively communicating with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and projects through meetings within the showroom and outside at interior design studios.
- Respond to client enquiries via email and in-person consultations.
- Assist clients in choosing the perfect design for their projects.
- Input project details into our system and oversee drawings.
- Generate quotations and place orders into production.
- Collaborate with our international showrooms and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
