Studio RODA is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our collaborative and design-driven studio. An opportunity for a passionate designer to lead exceptional high-end residential projects from concept through installation while working with a talented team of designers, architects, artisans, and craftspeople.
We create thoughtfully curated, highly customized homes where architecture, interiors, and craftsmanship come together to create timeless spaces. We are looking for a designer who is both creative and technically strong, capable of translating design vision into beautifully executed projects.

What You'll Do
• Lead luxury residential design projects from concept through installation
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, fabricators, and artisans throughout the design process
• Develop design concepts, visual research, and compelling client presentations
• Source and specify furniture, materials, finishes, lighting, and custom pieces
• Design custom furniture and millwork details
• Produce complete drawing sets, schedules, and detailed specifications
• Oversee construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, ASIs/IDSK responses, and consultant coordination
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and procurement schedules
What We're Looking For
• 8–10+ years of experience in interior design or architecture
• Degree from an accredited interior design or architecture program
• Experience working on high-end residential projects
• Strong understanding of the entire design process: Concept through Installation
• Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail
• Rendering abilities
• High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining design integrity
