As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead design initiatives, manage project teams, and engage directly with clients to deliver exceptional results. You will play a key role in translating our clients' visions into stunning realities while maintaining our distinctive design ethos. Design Leadership: Develop and present design concepts tailored to client needs for high-end residential projects- from furnishings only to remodel or new-build. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high standards of quality. Stay updated on design trends and materials to offer the ultimate design solutions.
Team Management: Lead and mentor junior designers, ensuring project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld, while fostering collaboration and creativity. Ensure all interior projects are completed on time and within budget.
Client Engagement: Conduct presentations and meetings with clients to present design ideas, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with the overall design vision and tailored to their needs and project requirements.
Collaboration: Coordinate closely with architects, builders, consultants and vendors throughout the design and construction process.
8-10 years of experience – with focus on high end residential (including FFE selection and procurement, submission of drawing sets, specifications, and construction administration).
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited program.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Archicad or Revit, along with Microsoft Suite and Sketch Up orAdobe Creative Suite.
Hand Sketching or interior architecture background.
Sophisticated design eye and an ability to learn and understand the company aesthetic.
Advanced critical thinking to identify strengths, weaknesses, or alternate solutions to a
problem.
Ability to communicate through verbal, written, and graphic communication formats.
Advanced ability to prioritize and evaluate multiple important tasks for your team.
Advanced professional judgment and decision -making processes to determine most appropriate course of action.
Ability to communicate through verbal, written, and graphic communication formats.
Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and projects.
Ability to produce professional and visually pleasing presentations and graphics.
