The Senior Designer is responsible for translating the Principal’s vision from concepts to completion and assists in communicating the design vision and program amongst the team. The candidate will work under the direction of the Company’s Principal and liaise between the Principal, the team, and the Client. This is a full-time position located in the offices of Beth Webb Interiors in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Senior Designer shall have full responsibility and ownership of multiple design projects, including but not limited to:
· Working directly with the Principal to help lead client meetings and presentations
· Sourcing all FF&E in accordance with creative direction from the Principal and budget guidelines
· Leading the coordination and production of technical drawings, which include Interior Design documentation sets, FF&E specifications, material schedules, and budgets
· Managing communications and coordination between the Company and its clients, consultants and, main vendors
· Construction administration services, including responding to RFIs, submittal reviews, and punch lists
· Creating, maintaining, and tracking budgets, purchase orders, etc.
· Manage and mentor junior team members

· 5+ years of professional experience in high-end residential interior design
· Degree in Interior Design and/or Architecture from an accredited program
· Proficiency in AutoCad, InDesign, Photoshop, Studio Designer (a must), and Microsoft Office required; SketchUp skills are a plus
· Strong design and presentation skills
· Excellent leadership skills, with the desire and ability to guide and inspire the design team toward layered and rich presentations
· Strong communication skills
· High attention to detail to ensure design intent and technical accuracy
· Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented professional
· Must be a team player and comfortable working independently
· Strong organizational skills and adept at multi-tasking
· Understanding of furniture, millwork, and cabinetry construction, detailing, and related shop drawing review process
· Experience with high-end residential custom furniture, fabrics, finishes, and decorative items
· Discretion is a must
