Job Description

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

Assessing customers' needs by performing a needs analysis based on customers needs using expert knowledge of the company's products and services and certifications.

Prospect and contact potential customers, leads that are generated in the CRM system

Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

Resolve customer inquiries and NFRC energy needs

Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

Create sales estimates to present to customers

Job Requirements

Experience in Sales for Steel Windows and doors

Construction understanding background is a must

Designer background preferred but not required

Previous experience in door and window sales, customer service, or other related fields mandatory 2 years or more years in a customer service role

Familiarity with CRM platforms

Ability to build rapport with clients

Deadline and detail-oriented

Strong organizational skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Prefer Associate's or Technical degree

Must be an effective verbal communicator, with particular emphasis on customer-facing conversations and presentation with additional follow-ups

Must have a valid driver's license

Must pass pre-employment background screen

The PINKYS windows and doors sales reps will collaborate closely with the PINKYS Showroom Manager and the Co-Founders. We seek a highly motivated and creative individual to assume a leadership role in the launch of our new showroom, infusing it with fresh concepts while upholding the brand’s core values and aesthetics. We are seeking a collaborative team player who can comprehend the founders’ and designers’ vision for the showroom sales and presenting the brand to a discerning audience. We seek an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to grow PINKYS and provide an exceptional VIP experience for all customers.
