We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to join our creative and dynamic team.
As our Sales and Project Manager, you will be the go-to person for a cadre of incredibly talented interior design clients and world-class projects. You will be a key player in ACS operations, working closely with our founder and creative director, our in-house team of makers and designers, and a wide range of outside vendors. You will manage client communications, keep product production on time, and ensure everything flows seamlessly. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating great experiences for our clients and our studio, we would love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing Studio Communication: Coordinate and manage all client communications related to product inquiries – from creating estimates and sending timely quotes and samples, to finalizing sales and product shipments. You will ensure clear, helpful communication with clients, vendors and our team throughout the life of each project.
• Staying on top of Projects: Oversee design and production timelines, coordinating multiple projects within our pipeline, update information in our CRM system, and ordering materials and parts. Navigate inevitable changes in complex project timelines and update information throughout the matrix of key players and software.
• Client Care: Respond to multiple daily inquiries promptly, accurately, and clearly. Provide courteous, informative, consistent, and positive communication with clients in the style of the studio.
• Keep Things Organized: Maintain digital and physical workspace hygiene. Help keep the expendable studio supplies stocked.
• Available to work 5 days a week in our Frogtown studio. Occasional remote work optional after initial training.
• Fluent with InDesign, Photoshop, Excel, QuickBooks a must. Pipedrive (CRM) experience is a plus.
• Great communication skills—both written and verbal—and confident on the phone.
• Experience managing projects in a design studio and familiar with the language and etiquette in high-end interior design.
• At least 3 years of experience in a sales or operations role in a design studio.
• You must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
