We are a Los Angeles based design and fabrication studio specializing in custom chandeliers and lighting for high-end residential and hospitality projects worldwide. With over a decade of success, we partner with top interior designers and architects to create unique pieces that blend art, architecture, and craftsmanship.
We are growing - and we are looking for a dynamic, organized, and client-savvy Project and Sales Director to join our talented team.
Your Role:
• Manage Studio Communications
• Operations Project Management
• Client Care
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables- keeping everything on track and clients informed
• Support and grow sales opportunities by nurturing relationships with designers and specifiers
• Help us refine and improve internal processes as we continue to scale
• Available to work 5 days a week in our Frog Town studio. Occasional remote work possible.
• Fluent with InDesign, Photoshop, Excel, QuickBooks, CRM software (Pipedrive)
• Great communication skills—both written and verbal—and confidence on the phone.
• Experience managing projects in a design studio and familiar with the language and etiquette in high-end interior design.
• 3-5 years of experience in communications and operations role in a design studio.
• You must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Andrea Claire Studio is a custom chandelier design and fabrication studio. We specialize in the design and hand-fabrication of unique high-end lighting for A-list designers around the world. Our inspirations include modernism, classicism, Barbara Hepworth, Andy Goldsworthy, Jessica Stockholder, Calder, and Noguchi. We work with bamboo, brass, porcelain, paper, fiberglass, and glass. Above all, we value intentional design, skilled craft, etiquette, and creating moments of surprise and delight.
