We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented person to support our showroom operations and sales team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent communication and administrative skills. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth processing of orders, managing samples, and providing essential support to our showrooms and representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Write up showroom orders accurately and efficiently in QuickBooks (QB).
- Sample Management: Manage, organize, and send out all samples for showrooms and New York (NY) representatives. This includes tracking sample inventory and ensuring timely delivery.
- Payment Processing: Charge credit card payments for NY representative orders with precision and maintain accurate records.
- Consignment Management: Manage consignment inventory for all showrooms, including Grand and D&D. This involves maintaining a current list of consigned items, associated photos, and values.
Experience: Operational experience in order management/tracking, inventory management, communication
Schedule: The office assistant schedule will consist of 4/5 days per week
