Job Description

Angie Hranowsky Studio is seeking a detail oriented and highly organized Operations Manager. The ideal candidate is proactive and resourceful, has strong time management and communications skills. This person should be a self starter who is solution focused, flexible, and genuine with a positive attitude. This role will require managing procurement, creating and tracking orders, client invoicing and billing, workroom visits, vendor payments and coordinating installations.

Job Requirements

-A professional with 2 years administrative experience
-Strong knowledge of interior design principles and processes preferred
-Experience with Studio Designer software, a plus
-Excellent communicator, written and oral
-Resourceful and proactive, able to juggle multiple priorities; strong sense of urgency
-Maintain comprehensive documentation of all billing, procurement, invoicing,
schedules and project communication
-Support principal and serve as liaison between clients, vendors, contractors and
warehouse teams to ensure smooth communication and execution
-Communicating with vendors coordinating furniture deliveries, monitoring shipping
progress and quality issues
-Coordinate and communicate with accounting on a monthly basis
-Manage multiple projects, deadlines and procurement schedules
-Client invoices and monthly billing
-Self starter who is internally driven to make things better and to exceed expectations
-Managing specifications, creating work orders and making vendor payments
-Manage and schedule installation for all furnishings, lighting, finishes
-Knowledge of Microsoft, Adobe Suite, and Google Workspace
