The Senior Controller and Operations Lead works directly with the Partners to oversee the finance and operations of a in-demand architecture firm, maintaining relationships with the firm’s financial institutions, CPA, business consultants, and legal counsel. They will assure that the firm’s financial monitoring systems and performance are consistent with the goals, objectives and vision of the firm. The role includes accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, cash and general ledger accounts, payroll, 401K and insurance policy management.
. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
. Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a leadership role for a similar sized/valued firm.
. A minimum of at least 8 years work experience is required.
. Deltek Vision or Deltek VantagePoint experience strongly preferred however candidate must have sufficient knowledge of ERP accounting systems.
. Significant knowledge of Excel required.
. A highly ethical professional with strategic vision, sound technical skills and a presence.
. Possess superb communication skills with an ability to present information clearly.
