Job Description

This role owns our DTC inbound sales. You’ll guide customers through a considered, high-value purchase across phone and email — and work closely with the Head of Commercial and CX team to improve conversion and the overall customer journey.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Inbound Sales & Conversion
- Convert inbound phone and email inquiries with a consultative, warm approach
- Grow Average Order Value through thoughtful product guidance and upsells
- Keep response times fast and follow-ups consistent across every channel

Customer Experience
- Guide customers through a considered, high-value purchase with confidence and care
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure every interaction is tracked and followed up
- Identify recurring questions and pain points and surface solutions to the team

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with CX, marketing, and ops to improve the overall customer journey
- Collaborate with the Head of Commercial on conversion strategy and performance
- Share customer insights that inform product, marketing, and sales decisions

Job Requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Candidates in the Los Angeles area
- 2+ years in sales at a premium product or design brand
- Proven ability to convert inbound leads and hit revenue or conversion targets
- Naturally consultative — you listen first, ask the right questions, then guide with confidence
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and accountable to your numbers
- Fluent with CRM and commerce tools — HubSpot, Shopify, or similar a plus
