Natasha Baradaran seeks an outgoing, ambitious team-player to join our rapidly growing team as Sales Liaison in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate is passionate about all things interior design and driven to provide excellent, detail-oriented service with the goal of building lasting client relationships with our brand. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, fast-paced company at a pivotal moment as we open our first flagship showroom in the country.
Responsibilities
• Provide excellent service to textile showrooms nationwide and Southern California designers through timely responses to requests for pricing, quotes, and reserves as well as stock inquiries.
• Be an expert on all things Natasha Baradaran, helping to inspire designers with extensive knowledge of and passion for our versatile collection of luxury furniture and textiles
• Assist all customers shopping at the showroom
• Oversee all aspects of the showroom including pristine maintenance of display pieces, organized inventory of finish samples and textile memos, coordination of deliveries, etc.
• Work closely with textile and furniture production teams to ensure up-to-date sampling inventory for the showroom
• Fulfill all inbound sample requests from Southern California designers
• Facilitate textile and furniture orders from start to finish: generate meticulous quotes and communicate all order updates promptly and clearly to clients through to completion
• Maintain organized client directory and log client activity, using CRM tools to maximize sales and deepen customer relationships
Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative spirit
• 3-5 years of customer service experience in luxury interior design with a book of business
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Proficiency with Studio Designer preferred but not required
• Tech savvy
• Proficiency with MS Office and/or Google Workspace
• Comfortability working both independently and with a tight-knit team
• Skilled multi-tasker, able to wear many hats throughout each day across textile and furniture departments
