John Rosselli and Associates is seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our team at our showroom located within the D&D building in Manhattan, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of our showroom operations, which serves industry professionals with an exceptional selection of luxury products.
As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience every time they interact with us. Your role will directly contribute to the growth and success of our showroom, while maintaining a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide clients through the product selection process, drive sales to closure, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Engage with key trade accounts in the Design and Architecture community, sharing updates on our latest product offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively seeking new sales opportunities.
• Develop a deep knowledge of the product offerings from our represented partners, to provide expert guidance to clients.
• Maintain the showroom's pristine presentation and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Undertake additional tasks as directed by management to support overall operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales role, ideally with luxury products.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
