STRONG skills in: AutoCAD, Sketch UP, Rendering (hand and Revit), InDesign - Detail Oriented a must! This is of the utmost importance!!
Work with Design Team to prepare and review vendor quotes, specifications, proposals and purchase orders
A degree in Interior Design and a minimum of 3+ years' experience in high-end residential interior design a plus.
Thorough knowledge and experience in all processes, including quotes, reserves, budgets, proposals and purchase orders.
Efficient work execution and ability to get tasks done with accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in corresponding with clientele, vendors, general contractors, architects and in a professional and appropriate manner.
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
Knowledge of Studio Designer a plus.
Extremely detail-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects and tasks.
