Studio Volpe is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Interior Architecture team. This is a full-time, in-office position in our San Francisco studio. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-end residential design firm. We are seeking a highly organized individual with a strong work ethic, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be detail-oriented with the ability to confidently manage multiple tasks at once and takes pride in ensuring every detail is executed precisely and efficiently.
This Role:
• Supports projects through schematic design, design development, construction documents and millwork detailing
• Produces and manages plans, elevations and details in coordination with senior staff, consultants, general contractors and subcontractors
• Reviews and redlines shop drawings for accuracy and design intent
• Responds to RFI’s in an accurate and efficient manner
• Collaborates with the studio team, vendors, and contractors to keep projects on schedule
• When requested, contributes to project meetings by preparing agendas, taking meeting notes and preparing meeting minutes
• Assists in construction administration
• Maintains project schedules, budgets and documentation standards
Candidates should have a degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or Interior Design. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, along with the ability to produce accurate drawings including plans, elevations, and details. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), SketchUp, and Microsoft Office is required. Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering skills a plus.
Experience in high-end residential interiors is preferred. Candidates should be motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks across different projects. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
