Job Description

This role is perfect for someone who’s highly organized, loves structure, and can juggle complex tasks across several projects. You’ll directly support the principal, helping ensure that everything runs smoothly, accurately, and on time.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update highly detailed project spreadsheets (budgets, proposals, order tracking, FF&E schedules)
• Assist with client billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and clear documentation
• Assist with procurement, coordination, and deliveries
• Enter data and manage information in Studio Designer (proficiency in Studio Designer is required)
• Work closely with the bookkeeper to reconcile purchases, organize receipts, and ensure financial records are current
• Support the designer in tracking orders, managing timelines, and organizing project documents
• Assist with on site installations
• Keep our digital files and systems clean, up-to-date, and easy to navigate
