Studio 790 is seeking a highly organized, execution-driven Project Execution Manager to lead the operational delivery of our hospitality, experiential, and luxury residential projects.
This role is responsible for turning approved design concepts into reality through exceptional project execution, procurement coordination, vendor management, logistics oversight, installation leadership, and budget accountability. While our designers focus on creating beautiful spaces and experiences, the Project Execution Manager ensures every detail is executed with precision, urgency, and excellence.
You will serve as the central hub between clients, designers, vendors, fabricators, warehouses, installers, and project partners. From tracking procurement and managing production timelines to coordinating installations and solving real-time challenges, you will own the day-to-day execution that keeps projects moving forward.
This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, remains calm under pressure, and enjoys solving problems before they become issues. You should be equally comfortable reviewing budgets, managing multiple vendors, coordinating logistics, leading installation teams, and communicating with high-profile clients.

We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused professional with 5+ years of experience in project management, hospitality operations, procurement, interior design execution, luxury residential construction, event production, or a related field.
The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing budgets, timelines, vendors, procurement activities, installations, and client expectations. Experience with FF&E procurement, installation logistics, warehousing, receiving, freight coordination, fabrication, hospitality activations, or luxury residential projects is strongly preferred.
Candidates must possess exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage numerous moving pieces without losing momentum. This role requires someone who is proactive, resourceful, and capable of identifying solutions independently rather than waiting for direction.
Strong communication skills are essential. You should be comfortable interacting professionally with clients, vendors, contractors, installers, consultants, and internal team members while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and accountability.
Candidates should have experience tracking project budgets, monitoring expenditures, reviewing vendor proposals, identifying risks, and escalating concerns before they impact project outcomes.
Proficiency with ClickUp, Houzz Pro, Google Workspace, and project management software is preferred. Candidates who embrace technology and leverage systems to improve efficiency and organization will be particularly successful.
