This New York based role blends creative design leadership with disciplined project management, taking projects from concept through installation with confidence and care. You’ll collaborate directly with David Netto and team on high-end residential projects that balance creativity, detail, and structure.

Qualifications:
Project Management & Leadership
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects from concept to installation
Experience collaborating with architects, contractors, and artisans on complex custom work
Strong organizational and time management skills—able to prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving studio
Adept at managing budgets, schedules, and deliverables with accuracy and transparency
Client & Communication Skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to convey ideas clearly and diplomatically
Polished client-facing demeanor with discretion and emotional intelligence
Collaborative spirit, comfortable taking initiative while working within a small, tight-knit team
Keen understanding of luxury service standards and client experience
Professional Attributes
5–10 years’ experience in high-end residential interior design
Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
Deep curiosity for design history, art, and craftsmanship
Calm under pressure, proactive, and solution-oriented
