This role serves as a key operational partner to the CEO and leadership team, overseeing business operations, systems, financial visibility, team operations, technology initiatives, and process improvement across the company. The Operations Manager is responsible for creating structure, driving accountability, improving efficiency, and ensuring the business operates smoothly behind the scenes.
At Studio 790, we design luxury residential, hospitality, experiential, and commercial projects for clients across the United States. We are also proud to serve as a design partner for Formula 1 Miami, creating premium hospitality environments and experiences for global brands and VIP guests. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for someone who can help create the systems, processes, and operational excellence necessary to scale successfully.
The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, proactive, and obsessed with process improvement. You enjoy creating order from complexity, solving problems before they become issues, and building systems that help teams perform at a higher level. You are equally comfortable reviewing financial reports, improving workflows, supporting team operations, implementing technology, and leading cross-functional initiatives.
A key component of this role is identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and technology to improve efficiency and reduce manual work across the organization. We are looking for someone who embraces innovation and continuously seeks smarter ways of operating.
This position is not administrative in nature. We are seeking a true operator who can independently manage priorities, drive initiatives to completion, and help leadership translate vision into execution.
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with 7+ years of experience in operations, business management, project management, finance administration, or a related leadership role.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building systems, improving processes, creating accountability, and driving operational excellence across a growing organization. Experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com is required.
Candidates should be comfortable reviewing financial reports, tracking KPIs, managing budgets, and maintaining visibility into business performance. Experience working alongside bookkeeping, accounting, HR, and external operational partners is preferred.
This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. You should be proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to independently drive initiatives from concept through completion.
A passion for AI, automation, and leveraging technology to improve efficiency is essential. Experience implementing systems, workflows, dashboards, and operational processes is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can build trust across departments, hold people accountable, and operate effectively without constant supervision. Experience within an interior design firm, architecture firm, creative agency, hospitality company, or other project-based business is a plus.
