We are seeking a highly organized and detail-organized Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing operations and ensure the seamless execution of orders from purchasing to warehouse delivery. This role works closely with the design team, vendors, shipping and warehouse facilities to manage purchasing logistics. Key responsibilities: Procurement and Purchasing / Financial Tracking and Payments / Vendor Coordination / Internal Coordination / Warehouse and Quality Control.
Candidate must have a minimum of three years purchasing or operations experience within an interior design, architecture or luxury residential environment. Experience managing purchase orders, vendor communications and order tracking across multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity and experience with the procurement platform Studio Designer is a must.
