Multiple Territories: Southeastern US (GA-TN-AL-MS) // Rocky Mountain Region (CO-UT-WY) // Pacific Northwest + Western Canada // Eastern Canada.

Adriana Hoyos Furniture is a luxury furniture brand renowned for its sophisticated and timeless furniture collections. We specialize in creating bespoke designs that bring elegance and style to both residential and commercial spaces. Our products reflect exceptional craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail, and we are looking for ambitious Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

• Actively prospect and generate leads for new business opportunities, including residential and commercial clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, and other key partners
• Present Adriana Hoyos Furniture collections and customized solutions to clients in-person and virtually
• Provide expert guidance on furniture selection and design solutions based on client needs and preferences
• Close sales and achieve individual sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience using CRM systems.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the brand’s products, trends, and industry developments
• Attend trade shows, client meetings, and design events to represent the company
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process and after-sales support
• Ensure that Adriana Hoyos Furniture is always represented with the utmost professionalism and brand integrity
• This position is 100% commission based

Job Requirements

As an Outside Sales Representative for Adriana Hoyos Furniture, you will be responsible for driving sales and establishing strong relationships with new and existing clients. You will represent our luxury brand in the field, meeting with interior designers, architects, high-end retailers, and other potential clients. This role requires an individual with a passion for design, a strong sales drive, and the ability to work independently while achieving business goals.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in luxury furniture, interior design, or a related industry
• Strong knowledge of high-end furniture, design trends, and the luxury market
• Proven success in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel locally and regionally to meet clients and attend industry events
