Essential Functions

Serve as a primary point of contact with our US electrification workshops and international teams.
Manage supply chain operations, coordinating order schedules between sales team and electrification workshops.
Track all product-related costs to maintain accurate pricing equations and inform price adjustments.
Oversee inventory across multiple locations.
Enter and manage accurate, timely, and detailed vendor purchase orders.
Run purchasing projections.
Maintain and update processes and procedures, focusing on efficiency, sustainability, and scalability.
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose new ways to increase efficiency.
Maintain and grow thoughtful professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Act as the main point of contact and supervisor of relationships with domestic and international shipping partners, continually evaluating best rates and flow.
Coordinate international shipping and deliveries.
Work with the Creative Director and Design Director to roadmap new collection launches.
Oversee quality control process and assess issues as they arise.

Minimum of 3-5 years of professional office experience.
Excellent organizational and process-oriented mindset.
Strong computer literacy and facility in adapting to new programs quickly.
Spanish-speaking preferred.
