As an independent sales representative for Bella Notte, you are responsible for creating a strategy and tracking progress while maintaining a close relationship with customers and nurturing new ones.
You must have impeccable communication skills and strong time management capabilities. You must also understand and leverage effective sales strategies appropriately across various accounts and channels.

As a luxury brand independent sales representative, you should have at least four years of experience in the Home Decor industry, possess a strong understanding of high-end products, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout their buying journey.
This role requires an entrepreneurial, self-directed individual with exceptional prospecting skills and a deep understanding of the luxury home industry.
You will represent Bella Notte as a trusted ambassador in the Midwest territory—identifying the right retailers and design trade partners that align with our brand values and long-term growth goals.

The following are the states open for sales representation: IL, IN, MI, OH, WI, IA, KS, MN, MO, NE, ND, SD.

Job Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Home Decor industry
Strong understanding of high-end/luxury home products and the luxury home industry
Exceptional prospecting skills and a self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset
Impeccable communication and strong time management capabilities
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Willingness to travel frequently within the designated Midwest territory
