Rottet Collection is the award-winning furniture brand of Design Hall of Famer, Lauren Rottet, whose genius has created some of the most iconic design projects around the world. Rottet’s role of defining luxury environments for hotels, high-rise residences, offices and ships led to the creation of countless products and lines of furniture, lighting, carpets, rugs and other accessories for industry leading brands. Through this gathering of ideas and decades of first-hand luxury design world experience Rottet Collection was born with the goal of creating products that are truly sustainable, meaning they are intended to be passed down for generations. With the aim to fulfill a functional need or simply the desire for certain objects to exist, Rottet Collection offers a masterful variety of furniture and accessories for indoor and outdoor living, dining, sleeping and working.
Rottet’s inspiration stems from the idea that quality products stand the test of time and should be collectable, similar to fine works of art. Therefore, each piece in Rottet Collection is a thoughtful expression of art and function inspired by the Light and Space art movement and Rottet’s own art and architectural background. The pieces work together like an orchestra yet stand on their own as a singular expression; they have a specific functional purpose and artful meaning. Rottet imagines design and the collection as a visual musical score where the shapes, forms, materials, textures and reflections create visual movement leading the eye from one to another like music composing the overall scene.
Rottet’s products have earned significant recognition including five Chicago Athenaeum awards, four NeoCon Best of Year awards, three Interior Design Best of Year, Createaurs Collection and countless press accolades across multiple publications internationally.
