Scandia Home, a leader in luxury bedding and fine linens, is seeking an experienced Luxury Design & Sales Specialist to join our New York Flagship store. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in luxury retail and experience working with interior designers, architects, and high-end residential clients. The successful candidate will excel at cultivating long-term relationships, delivering personalized design consultations, and providing an exceptional customer experience while representing one of the industry's most prestigious luxury home brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience through expert product knowledge and tailored design consultations.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and trade professionals to drive business growth.
Build and manage a robust client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals through proactive outreach, clienteling, and follow-up.
Maintain the presentation of the showroom by supporting visual merchandising, inventory management, and daily store operations.
Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure an elevated in-store experience that reflects Scandia Home's luxury brand standards.
Qualifications:
Experience working with interior designers, architects, and trade professionals required.
Proven success in luxury retail sales, preferably in home furnishings, bedding, textiles, or related industries.
Strong communication, clienteling, and relationship-building skills.
Passion for luxury products and delivering exceptional customer service.
Results driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
