Position: Interior Designer for a Coastal SC firm specializing in custom residential architecture and design-oriented projects of a diverse nature.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of prior experience in a design firm
• Professional Degree, preferably from an accredited program
• Experience with REVIT preferred
• Applicant should be organized and methodical
• Applicant should have a strong interest in the design of luxury homes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good graphic capabilities
• Must be a self-starter and ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, etc.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
• Should be flexible and excited in working between design disciplines, including interiors, architecture, and LA
Daily tasks may include:
• Design and Drafting of Interior Elevations, preferably utilizing Revit and InDesign/Photoshop
• Preparation of proposals and purchase orders
• Preparation of materials for presentations
• Maintaining and organizing finish schedules and selections
• Gathering estimates from vendors and trades
• Maintain client files and notes
