The Junior Designer’s primary role is to support the firm Principals and Project Managers in all areas of interior design from concept through procurement and installation.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing tearsheets, pricing, and specification information for client presentations
Vendor communication and coordination
Preparing design drawings for client presentations (furniture plans, elevations, 3-D renderings)
Maintaining incoming architectural correspondence and digital drawing folders and systems
Maintaining materials library
Developing finish, fixtures, equipment, hardware and plumbing schedules
Creating detailed FF&E Specifications
Tracking, ordering, and processing purchase orders
This is a full-time, in-person position. We’re a small, close-knit studio and are looking for someone who is collaborative, adaptable, solution-based, and brings a positive attitude to the table. Team members should be prepared for a variety of tasks and responsibilities day-to-day. A good amount of flexibility and versatility is required.
Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
1-2 years of professional experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD is an absolute must
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong graphic presentation skills
Interest in development and growth
