Location: Santa Rosa

Job Description

We're looking for a thoughtful, skilled designer who can move fluidly between interior design and architectural drafting. You'll work directly alongside our founder and creative director on a range of projects, from detailed space planning and design development to construction documents and client presentations. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, not just support work.

-Develop interior design concepts and design packages from schematic through construction documents
-Produce accurate architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and details
-Source and specify materials, finishes, fixtures, and FF&E
-Prepare client-facing presentation materials with a strong visual eye
-Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants throughout construction
-Support permitting submissions and planning documentation
-Manage project files and stay organized across multiple active projects

Job Requirements

-3–6 years of professional experience in interior design, architecture, or both
-Proficiency in Revit; SketchUp or Rhino a plus
-Strong design eye and attention to detail — in drawing sets and in a room
-Comfort navigating the full project arc, from early concept to site visits
-Clear, confident communication with clients and contractors alike
-Experience with residential and/or boutique commercial projects preferred
-Familiarity with Northern California building standards and Bay Area planning a bonus

What you'll get:

-Competitive salary commensurate with experience
-Health benefits, PTO, and studio holidays
