We are seeking an Interior Designer with 3+ years of luxury residential experience, superior client service skills, and advanced proficiency in design software. This is a hands-on, in-studio role for a design professional who brings both creative vision and technical rigor, and who is comfortable operating at a high level of client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Concept Development: Create comprehensive design concepts, including detailed space planning, 2D/3D renderings, and mood boards.
• High-End Sourcing: Curate and source premium materials, bespoke furniture, lighting, and custom fixtures.
• Project Management: Manage project budgets, souring, pricing, presenting, timelines, and contactors, always acting as the main liaison between clients, contractors, architects, and trades.
• Site Management: Oversee site installations to ensure design fidelity and quality control.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree: Interior Design or Architecture
• Experience of 3+ years of experience in high-end residential projects.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D modeling software.
• Strong knowledge of custom fabrication, finishes, and materials.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage client relationships, and coordinate with contractors.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous oversight of designs and complex construction details.
