Joe Serrins Studio is an architecture and design firm based in NYC with a focus on modern residential projects. Current commissions include a cultural facility in Manhattan as well as townhouses, penthouses, and new homes in NY, Miami, Santa Barbara, and abroad. We are looking to add an interior architect to our team.

Applicant requirements:
- legally able to work in the US, and currently working / living in the NYC metro area
- 5 years minimum architecture / interior architecture experience
- ability to draw a full set of construction documents in AutoCAD
- skilled in SketchUp, photoshop, and other rendering softwares
- in-depth experience with NYC DoB code and residential construction
- experience coordinating and communicating with contractors and consultants
- You are organized and thorough, with an ability to handle multiple projects at various stages of development and construction.
- You are a skilled designer with a sensitivity for modern residential detailing and passion for your work.

We are a small firm, 4-8 people, in a sunny studio space in West Chelsea. Casual atmosphere, and the typical work week is 40 hours. We are serious about our work, and we work collaboratively to make innovative, beautiful spaces for our clients.
