We are an award-winning, high-end residential interior design firm seeking a poised and highly organized Project Manager to support our senior and principal designers. This role is suited to a detail-oriented professional with a strong command of the design process and an ability to manage multiple projects with discretion, precision, and ease.
Working across all phases—from concept through installation—you will play a central role in the coordination and execution of bespoke interiors. Responsibilities include client and vendor meeting coordination and attendance, preparing client proposals and vendor purchase orders, tracking all orders, and overseeing the logistics of procurement, shipping, and delivery. You will liaise closely with vendors, trades, and clients, ensuring timelines are met and projects are executed to the highest standard. Additional responsibilities include managing project documentation, budgets, and schedules, as well as assisting with building requirements such as COIs and design agreements, as needed.
The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience in high-end residential design, a degree in Interior Design or a related field, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Studio Designer or similar software. A strong understanding of both design and construction processes is essential, along with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
This position requires a proactive, polished individual who is comfortable taking ownership of projects, supporting senior leadership, and operating in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Some travel may be required depending on location of projects.
