HearthCabinet Ventless Fireplaces is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Associate, local to the NYC area. We locally design and fabricate high-end fireplaces for homeowners, developers, contractors, architects, designers and retail clients. Our flagship showroom and office is located in Manhattan.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic sales associate to join our team. The purpose of this role is to maintain and cultivate trade and client relationships and close sales that support the growth of the established high-end product company.
Some Key Essential Functions Include
Day-to-day Role Responsibilities:
Follows up with existing leads
Maintain showroom calendar for team
Maintains task list in Salesforce
Takes showroom appointments
Takes incoming lead calls
Maintains Salesforce CRM - ensures client data is uptodate
Stays current on all technology updates to Salesforce
Meets with the VP daily (by phone or in person) to review weekly initiatives and status (anything unexpected etc.)
Supports any customer service issues with Sales Team
Participates in trade shows and industry events
Role Requirements:
2-4 years of related professional sales experience
Must have an optimistic approach to sales
Ability to handle multiple accounts at once
Must bring a sense of hospitality to the role and relationship building
Committed to building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
CRM experience (Salesforce a plus!)
Experience in the design industry, high-end furniture, design or art is a plus.
