This commission-based only opportunity involves generating and converting new leads, growing our client base, and driving sales growth within your designated territory.
Territories of interest: East Coast/Mid West, Texas and Florida.

Job Requirements

Duties:

• Generate and pursue new leads to expand Kelly Wearstler's client base
• Develop and nurture relationships with high-end interior design firms, architects, and luxury retailers
• Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed territory sales goals
• Conduct proactive lead generation activities (presentations, networking events, etc.)
• Convert prospective clients into sales through professional and persuasive communications
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and grow existing client relationships
• Collaborate with our marketing team to leverage promotional materials effectively
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches
• Regularly report on sales activities, lead status, and market insights

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in luxury sales, preferably within the interior design or high-end lifestyle industry
• Special focus and network for furniture sales and clients
• Strong, established network of interior design and luxury retail contacts
• Exceptional skills in lead generation, relationship building, and closing sales
• Proficiency in tracking sales activities and managing a sales pipeline
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment
• Ability to work independently while aligning with Kelly Wearstler's brand ethos
• Knowledge of and passion for luxury design and lifestyle products
