Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Independent Outside Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on the Southern California territory. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for high-end interior design and a demonstrated success in luxury sales. This position requires building and maintaining relationships with interior designers, architects, and high-net-worth clients to boost sales and enhance our brand's visibility. This remote role is best suited for someone based in Los Angeles, CA, or the surrounding area. The position is flexible, offering both part-time and full-time options. We provide a competitive commission structure with unlimited earning potential.

Job Requirements

Experience in Luxury Sales:
Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end, luxury interior design or related sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a luxury market.

Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the luxury interior design market, including key players, trends, and competitive landscape.
Knowledge of high-end design products, materials, and finishes.

Client Relationship Management:
Strong network of existing relationships with interior designers, architects, and high-net-worth clients.
Ability to cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Sales Skills:
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the luxury market.

Presentation and Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to present products and services in a compelling and sophisticated manner.

Professional Appearance and Demeanor:
Professional, polished appearance suitable for representing a luxury brand.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact comfortably with high-profile clients.

Self-Motivation and Independence:
Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Travel and Flexibility:
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs and industry events.

Technology Proficiency:
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related technology.
Ability to use digital tools for virtual presentations and client interactions.

Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, interior design, or a related field (preferred).
Continuous education and training in sales techniques and luxury market trends.
