Role Description The Furniture Showroom Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Burlington, MA responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom and ensuring an exceptional client experience. This role includes leading and coaching the sales and design team, managing floor merchandising and product presentation, and maintaining a clean, organized, and inspiring showroom environment. The manager will drive sales performance through consultative selling, customer relationship building, and collaboration with designers to deliver tailored furniture and interior design solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring sales metrics, handling customer inquiries and escalations, coordinating delivery and installation details, and ensuring adherence to company policies and brand standards. Qualifications
• Strong focus on Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to create a welcoming, consultative environment.
• Proven Sales experience in a retail or showroom setting, with skill in driving revenue through relationship-based selling and product expertise.
• Hands-on experience managing Showrooms or similar retail environments, including merchandising, visual presentation, and daily operations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including team coaching, performance management, scheduling, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
• Comfort with POS systems, basic Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools, and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Background in furniture, interior design, or luxury retail is highly beneficial; familiarity with custom products and design services is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site full time, including weekends and holidays as needed
