Job Description

Romanek Design Studio is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and design-driven Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about high-end residential and commercial interior design and is looking to develop their career in a collaborative, fast-paced studio.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and eager to learn while supporting multiple projects from concept through completion.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of professional experience in interior design or architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Proficiency in: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams), Studio Designer, SketchUp (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset
- Driver's License and a reliable vehicle

Responsibilities
- Support Principal Designer, Creative Director, Senior Project Managers throughout all phases of design and project execution
- Assist with project coordination, schedules, and documentation
- Prepare drawings, presentations, and design packages
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, contractors, and clients
- Maintain project budgets, specifications, and procurement information
- Track project progress and help ensure deadlines are met
- Attend project meetings and site visits as needed
- Assist with furniture, finish, and material selections
- Help maintain organized project files and documentation

Position Details
- Full-time, in-office position
- Monday–Friday
- Based in Los Angeles, CA

Compensation
$72,000–$78,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
