We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented designer with 5+ years of experience in high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate brings a strong point of view, an exceptional eye for color and composition, and demonstrated experience leading projects from concept through installation.
This role requires someone who can confidently manage multiple projects, collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors, and bring a high level of organization, ownership, and follow-through to every phase of the design process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead projects from concept through installation
• Develop and present design concepts, materials, and layouts
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors
• Produce detailed AutoCAD drawings (cabinetry, tile, elevations)
• Source high-end furnishings, materials, and custom pieces
• Manage budgets, timelines, and procurement
• Ability to manage a junior and design assistant
Qualifications:
• 5+ years in high-end residential interior design
• Strong construction and project management experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign are a must
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
