Develop space plans, design concepts and detailed construction drawings
Create furniture plans, electrical plans, interior elevations and shop drawings
Prepare finish schedules, paint schedules and material specifications
Collaborate with architects, contractors and internal team
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in high-end residential interior design
Strong proficiency in AutoCad, 3D modeling software (i.e. Rhino, Revit or Sketchup)
Deep understanding of construction documentation and residential building processes
Ability to pickup redlines efficiently and accurately
Highly organized, exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
