Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with principal designer through all project phases, from design to completion
- Create floor plans, elevations, and RCPs using AutoCAD based on site measurements
- Generate scope of work, manage schedules, and source materials and furnishings
- Prepare client presentations and prepare price estimates from vendors and trades
- Oversee construction progress, coordinate trades and vendor installations
- Communicate daily with internal teams, clients, and vendors
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new design techniques
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in interior design or related field
- Proven experience in interior design, preferably luxury residential and commercial
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Excel. Revit and Sketchup is a plus
- Ability to problem solve and work in a fast paced environment
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy collaborating with others and thrive in a team environment
