Job Description

LLM Purchasing is seeking a full time Bookkeeper to join our team! This role is responsible for completing day-to-day bookkeeping and related financial services for a steady client roster of approximately ten to twelve of our interior design clients at once. Tasks include but are not limited to:

- Maintain client financial records in accounting softwares through monthly reconciliations and historical reconciliations; work with
Proposals, POs, Invoices, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Income, Expenses, General Ledger, and Sales Tax.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage client timelines and priorities to close each month in an efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot financial issues and software issues for clients, including hosting occasional short training sessions.
- File sales tax for clients.
- Potentially oversee payroll for clients.
- Participate in client meetings and interact with client points of contact to build warm working relationships.
- Communicate with various internal departments and team members to foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive working environment for all.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the intricacies of bookkeeping for the interior design industry. They will have a strong attention to detail and understanding of accounting and bookkeeping terminology and best practices.

This role has potential to grow to a management role. LLM Purchasing is expanding to serve more clients every day, and we are seeking a team member with an entrepreneurial spirit to grow with us!

This is not a design role and does not have the potential to be a design or creative role. LLM Purchasing does not employ designers, we work for them!

Job Requirements

Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in a bookkeeping or finance role in the interior design or related industry
- Experience with Studio Designer software is a must
- Experience with Design Manager, Houzz Pro/Ivy, and QuickBooks software is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with Google Drive, especially Google Sheets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to self-direct work and manage competing and shifting priorities
- Enthusiasm about working at a rapidly growing company, and the flexibility and problem solving skills that must come along with that!

Salary Range:
$80,000-$90,000 depending on experience
