We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual to head our sales team in Chicago, IL. The perfect candidate will take on the role of team leader, motivating and guiding our sales associates, connecting with customers, and enhancing our brand presence in the city. We seek someone who shares our passion for uniquely curated products, combined with a solid understanding of retail.
The assistant store manager should have experience in client engagement and maintain a professional demeanor. Candidates must demonstrate high energy, strong problem-solving skills, and a dedication to contributing to the overall success of the business.
2-5 years of experience in retail and an interior design background
Hiring and training new staff members
Creating staff schedules to ensure sufficient coverage
Coaching and mentoring employees to enhance performance
Addressing employee concerns and performance challenges
Inventory Management:
Monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed
Conducting inventory audits and stock assessments
Managing product displays and merchandising strategies
Customer Service:
Assisting customers with product inquiries and sales
Resolving customer complaints and challenges
Promoting store loyalty programs and sales initiatives
