You’ll collaborate closely with our team, who all share your commitment to excellence. Together, you’ll push the boundaries of what’s possible in the world of design, creating environments that not only meet but exceed client expectations.
You will play a crucial role in realizing the visions of our designers. Your primary responsibility will be converting detailed design concepts into meticulously accurate construction drawings using AutoCAD. This is a technical role where your attention to detail and precision will be paramount in ensuring the success of each project.
Your day-to-day tasks will include redlining drawings, ensuring that all deliverables are on schedule, and maintaining the technical quality of construction documentation.
Additionally, while experience with graphic presentations and 3D renderings in SketchUp is a plus, it is not mandatory. The primary focus will be on your proficiency with AutoCAD and your ability to quickly adapt to our construction documentation methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be vital as you interact with various stakeholders, ensuring that every project meets our high standards of excellence.
Proficient in AutoCAD (SketchUp is a plus)
Experience working with Architectural and/or Interior Design Firms
Open to learning how we do Construction Documentation (CDs)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Microsoft 365 experience
Ability to work from our Dallas office (this is an in-person role; no remote workers)
3+ Years of experience with AutoCAD
We use AutoCAD 2024 and upgrade every year.
