Job Description

A boutique interior design studio in New York is looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and client management.

What you’ll do:
– Track new leads and follow up with potential clients
– Schedule meetings and manage the studio calendar
– Prepare and send contracts, proposals, and invoices
– Place and track furniture/material orders
– Organize project folders and documents in Google Drive
– Provide general admin support to the lead designer

You’ll be a key part of a creative, growing studio with beautiful projects and a collaborative vibe. Great opportunity to grow with the team – especially as the studio owner prepares for maternity leave.

Details:
NYC-based (must be available for occasional in-person tasks)
Flexible: Part-time or full-time

Job Requirements

– Strong communication and organization skills
– Fluent in English (spoken & written)
– Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, CRM tools, etc.)
– Self-motivated and detail-oriented
– Experience in admin/client service/project support (design world = a plus)
