SUPPLY Showroom is a to-the-trade fabric and wallpaper showroom in Austin. We sell to interior designers nationwide and ship everywhere.
We represent 60+ independent artisan textile and wallpaper lines worldwide. We also develop and own exclusive collections with artists like Sarah Gordon, Lulie Wallace, Pati Cascino, and H. Townes.
Our mission: "Curating an exceptional and distinct client experience." This role is often a designer's first real touchpoint with us, so that mission lives here.
The Role
The Showroom Coordinator keeps the front of the business running. You'll own the orders@ and new trade manual registrations. You'll also turn first-time buyers into repeat clients.
You'll work closely with our Account Executives, SDR, and showroom team. You'll be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks between "I love this pattern" and "it shipped."
What You'll Do
Orders and the orders@ inbox and luisa@ inbox
Monitor and respond to the orders@ inbox every day, with quick and friendly replies. Triage requests, route questions to the right AE, and follow every thread through to close.
Enter and process orders accurately, including quotes, pricing, and confirmations. Double-check quantities, colorways, and ship-to details before anything goes to a vendor.
Track order status with our vendors and printers, and keep designers updated on lead times. When there's a delay, share the news fast and offer an alternative.
Manage CFAs (cuttings for approval), backorders, and shipping questions from start to finish.
Trade registrations
Review and process manual new trade account applications as they come in. Verify trade credentials and resale documentation per our standards.
Set up approved accounts in HubSpot and send a warm welcome to each new designer. Hand off to the right AE by territory.
