Job Description

• Develop & Manage Purchase Order process from design approval through installation.
• Liaise with Accounting team to invoice client & process vendor payments.
• Communicate & work with Design & Accounting managers to coordinate & process accounting and design information.
• Produce & maintain estimates, budgets and schedules for all purchasing projects from start to finish.
• Schedule, coordinate & participate in installs.
• Utilize established Studio Designer & Ajera systems to process & track orders.
• Develop hospitality related documentation production through all phases on various projects, in all aspects of space planning and interior architectural detailing.
• Partnering with design team in all aspects of space planning and interior architectural detailing within a given project, to assure that all FF&E and interior architectural finishes are integrated and documented correctly.
• Assisting the team and management in maintaining project schedules and deadlines.
• Presenting and communicating design concepts internally and externally, orally and in writing.
• Managing and documenting design approvals and project phasing.
• Coordination and production of presentation materials in all design phases, including planning, material/ furnishing selection and presentation. Responsibility for the creation and/or oversight of 2d and 3d visualizations of the project.
• Assist Senior Staff and Principals in client relationship management.
• Partner with management to ensure client satisfaction as it relates to schedule, deliverables, budget, and project design expectations

Job Requirements

Experience:

-B.F.A. in Interior Design
-Proficiency in Studio Designer/ Studio Webware or similar program
-Knowledge of Specsources
-Knowledge of AutoCAD
-Knowledge of Revit
