The Kara Mann Collection for Baker | Milling Road debuted yesterday at the New York location of The Studio at One Kings Lane. OKL is the first-ever online retailer of Kara Mann’s collection, which originally debuted at High Point Market in October of last year.
“I am always interested in finding both the balance and the tension between sophistication and edge, classicism and irreverence, the cutting edge and the enduring, the feminine and the masculine,” the Chicago- and New York–based designer tells OKL of her inspirations.
The sale spans coffee tables, side chairs, sofas, étagerès, beds, club chairs, ottomans, and more, drawing on materials including breccia marble, burl wood, lacquer and acrylic.
