Instagram-powered Bright.Bazaar Collection makes its real-life debut

Will Taylor, the British influencer behind the Bright.Bazaar blog and Instagram account, launched a line for grandinroad this week. Comprising living room, dining room, entry and home office furniture, the 40-piece Bright.Bazaar Collection also includes tabletop and wall decor, lamps, pillows, throws rugs, and storage. Each piece retails for under $1,000.

The aesthetic is a mix of “Scandinavian lines and coastal comfort,” explain the partners, and the collection spans patterns and prints designed by Taylor in addition to furniture—which he helped design with the product development team from grandinroad. The pieces will be available online through the end of the year.

“I’ve always looked to the colors, patterns and textures I’ve seen on my travels when seeking design inspiration,” says Taylor, whose Instagram followers number some 244,000. “I took the same approach when developing the prints, sourcing the materials and designing the shapes of the pieces in my first product line. The collection has a Scandinavian coastal vibe, fusing the effortless ease and clean lines of Nordic design with the comfort of classic coastal elements. Even though this is a limited-time-only collection, I’m thrilled to have had the opportunity to develop such an extensive assortment for my first line. I’ve been sharing my advice on how to decorate for almost a decade. Now, people are able to put that advice into motion with my own designs, which is such a thrill!”

“We’re known for quality, colorful home decor,” explains Kristy Jones, senior director of merchandising at grandinroad. “This collaboration stayed true to who we are, while also stretching into a new aesthetic of clean easiness, reflective of Will’s unique approach to decorating and his Bright.Bazaar brand.”

Grandinroad is an Ohio-based, indoor and outdoor furnishings company. It’s part of the Qurate Retail Group (fka Liberty Interactive), which also owns Ballard Designs, QVC, HSN, Zulily, Garnet Hill, Frontgate and Improvements.
