Emerging designers from North and South America, including Samuel Amoia of New York, Guilherme Wentz of Brazil, Ad Hoc of Mexico, Javier Gomez of Panama, Great Things to People of Chile, and Ben Medansky of Los Angeles, have been named Maison & Objet Americas Rising Talents. M&O will spotlight the work of these designers in a special section of the show when it returns to Miami from May 10 to 13.

M&O is now in its second decade, but this year is only its second in the U.S. A lineup of programming will unfold at the Miami Beach Convention Center and at locations throughout the city, including the Designer of the Year and Rising Talents awards ceremony and cocktail reception in the Miami Design District; private events with developers and designers like Jorge Pérez, Piero Lissoni, and Fernando and Humberto Campana; and private tours of Miami’s new properties.
